Notice of Invitation for National Re-Bid
Bid Announcement No. SSNT-T561Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to invite qualified bidders for the Design Review and Construction of Kindergarten (KG) School at Hororesa, Shalla Billa Kebele, Arsi Negele Woreda, West Arsi Zone, Oromia Region. The design review and construction of the works shall be completed within 270 calendar days from the commencement of the work.
Thus, Ethiopian Airlines Group (ETG) now invites eligible Contractors of category GC-5/BC-5 and above that fulfill the following requirements and provide the necessary labor, material, and equipment for the construction works of the stated project.
Renewed trade license for 2017 E.C., VAT registration certificate
Taxpayer registration
Renewed certificate of competency for 2017 from the authorized body in category (GC/BC- 5 and above).
Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and is valid at least until the deadline for submission of bids.
Local contractors must be registered in the public procurement and property authority suppliers list.
Bidding is open to all bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Documents. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch, referring to this tender number SSNT-T561, Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the address below and will get the Tender document by return Email. Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of Birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr only) in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group. Any insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted.
Bidders shall submit their bid documents in five separate envelopes. i.e., technical proposal (marked as original and copy), financial proposal (marked as original and copy), and bid security.
Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages: Technical and Financial Evaluations. Bid documents as stipulated above must be delivered to the address below on September 15, 2025, at 2:30 pm. The technical bid will be opened on the same date at 3:00 pm at Addis Ababa Ethiopian Airlines headquarters in the Bid Opening Room around the old HRM Building in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
