The Office Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the Engineering team in the construction company. The successful candidate will manage, coordinate, and ensure all engineering activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, plans, and procedures. Additionally, the Office Engineer will assist in the preparation of project schedules, reports, and budgets.
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure adherence to design and contractual requirements.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Compile and analyze data to support project planning and decision-making.
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Track and monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans.
Participate in design coordination and review meetings.
Oversee and manage project material procurement.
Provide technical support to the project team as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in construction project management.
Experience in project scheduling and resource allocation.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
