JOB REQUIREMENT
Academic Qualification : Masters’ Degree or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, and related fields
Work experience: Master degree with 10 years general work experience, 4 years at leadership position Bachelor degree with 12 years general work experience, 6 years at leadership position Desirable Skills Comprehend the strategic plan of the Company Ethical and Respect for Professionalism; Effective Communication skill;
Project follow-up skill;
Project proposal / appraisal skill; Report writing and presentation skill; Auto CAD, SAP and other engineering application soft wares
Computer Application skill
Decision making and Problem-solving skill
Analytical skill Surveying skill
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in order to meet tight deadlines Ability to work individually and as part of a team The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
