Addis Finder Trading PLC is a private owned company engaged in Real Estate Property Marketing and sales. We are inviting qualified applicants for the following positions with an exciting working opportunity and attractive compensation packages for competitive applicants.
Key Duties & responsibilities
Preparing Interim (main) Payment & Sub Contract Payment.
Preparing work schedule, Cost Analysis for the project
Preparing Takeoff sheet & bar schedule Supervise and check construction activity on site.
Prepare / process Daily, Weekly and monthly plan & report.
Should be familiar with basic engineering software’s such as Auto cad, MS project,
Evaluate drawings, specifications, contract document & bill of quantities thoroughly and confirm that they are free from error & implement them accordingly

Required education, experience & Competencies.
BSc Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management.
4 years of relevant experience in Building Construction, Structures (Concrete and steel), as an office engineer.
