Building Management Officer
Building Management Officer is responsible for Preparing Interior Design for office, Prepare Branch Layout and Design, Prepare specification & Quantity of works to be done, Supervision of construction works, Prepare payments for the executed amount of works.
Educational Level and work Experience: BSC degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management or any relevant field of study with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in in Architectural Design, Supervision & Quantity Surveying. Experience in banking industry is Advantageous.
