Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in architecture, civil engineering, urban and regional planning, or physical sciences relevant to the development and management of spatial plans is required with progressively responsible experience in urban and regional planning and management, land and urban infrastructure projects and programs at the national level, and at least five (5) years of similar experience on planning and development related international projects or international level is required
