The Arsi Zone Water & Energy Office that secured budget from Oromia Na- tional Regional State through Oromia Water & Energy Bureau invite:
- Eligible bidders for the construction of Anole Sallan Rural Water Supply Project on Spring source located in Arsi Zone Hetosa District Administration. 2. Bid is open to all eligible bidders having construction license for water works Grade WC-3 and above renewed for 2015-2016 EC and those currently registered with the Ministry of Water irrigation & Energy, 3. A bidder has to registered to collect “VAT” and also has evidence of VAT
certificate, Trade license, registration certificate and tax clearance from concerned revenue Bureau, must be attached with application and not miss to submit with qualification document. - Arsi Zone Water & Energy Office (AZWEO), acting as executing agency for the Projects, invites wax sealedbids from eligible bidders for the construction of one rural water supply projects in Hetosa District of the zone which is:

above - The project in short comprises of Supply & fix of Different size of(GIS), HDPE pipes, construction of Water reservoirs, Retaining Wall, Spring development, public fountains plus other related civil works.
- Bidding documents and additional copies purchased at Arsi Zone Finance
Office, Asela, ETHIOPIA (P.O.Box 185, Tel. 251-223 31 8118 or 251-223 318239, Room No.106), for a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr Five Hundred birr (ETB 500) for a document. - The number of Financial Documents of the bid to be completed and returned shall be three (3) (one original & two copies) separately, in a wax sealed, signed& stamped in separated envelopes and then compiled in one mother envelop, wax sealed signed and stumped.
- The number of Technical Documents of the bid to be completed and returned
shall be three (3) (one original &two copies) separately, in a wax sealed, signed& stumped in separated envelopes and then compiled in one mother envelop, wax sealed signed and stumped. - Bidders must submit the above no.7 &8 mother envelops containing financial and Technical BID Documents shall be compiled in one envelope, signed, wax sealed and stumped.
- Bidder must submit one signed and sealed original Tender Questionnairein one envelope, signed, wax sealed and stumped.
- Bidders’ documents technical evaluation is from 100% hundred percent), The Bidder must get atleast 70% (Seventy Percent) with Technical evaluation and in Financial evaluation, the Financial Document with the Lowest Price of the Bidder’s Document who meets the requirements specified on the Biddings will be Selected.
- The bid security shall be wax sealed, stamped & signed in a separate envelop market “Bid security “and shall be put in the original technical qualification document.
- Bid must be accompanied a bid security in an acceptable form of Unconditional Bank guarantee or CPO as stated in the table shown above.
- Bidders must meet the minimum qualification criteria in the tender questionnaire for the award of a contract.
- Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after Bid opening and must be addressed to “Arsi Zone Water & Energy Office.”
- The deadline of bid submission (both qualification and financial offers independently) shall be before or on 7/11/2023GC until 2:00 PM & only qualification document will be opened on final Bid Submission date at 2:30 PM at Arsi Zone Finance Office meeting hall in the presence of the bidders. 17. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected; The bid shall not invite those contractors who have two & above water supply projects on hand with less than 75% accomplishments in the zone.
- The Zonal Water & Energy Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

The Bidder has to provide separately a Unit cost breakdown applied on this bid. (mandatory)
